Looking at the achievements you still have to unlock you need to reach minute 31 in Gallo Tower to complete the collection. Unless you’ve already done that and TA hasn’t updated yet in which case I’ve no idea what could be the problem.

I did that this morning as well as beating the final boss, TA just scanned my profile now.
Now there’s more comments under the ach guide from people experiencing the same issue...also having the full collection 144/144 including new DLC content.
    Devs probably messed up

Seconded. I have 144/144 in the Collection and No Achievement. Oddly, my Bestiary says 119/121 but all of the entries are filled. I get the feeling something in the new update for the DLC messed up some of the calculations.

The Candybox Turbo isn't required to complete the collection, and Queen Sigma's weapon and its evolution obviously aren't because you can't even unlock her until you complete the collection. Also, please stop posting the wiki. It's not helpful at all because it lists many things that aren't needed for the achievement and to unlock Queen Sigma, such as Flames of Muspell, its evolution, and multiple others.

I did not unlock the achievement for finishing the collection until I had everything including Queen Sigma's weapon and it's evolution. I had everything unlocked besides Victory Sword and Sole Solution, no cheev, so I used the cheat to unlock Sigma then did a run with her killing 100,000 enemies (upgrading to Sole Solution in the process) and earned the "Victory Sword" and "Queen Sigma" achievements. You can see that with my achievement timestamps.

You likely got something during your Queen Sigma run to complete the collection, because it's 100% not needed to get Victory Sword and Sole Solution got the achievement. It's not even possible without cheats to get them before completing the collection. Maybe you got the Candybox or something else you were missing during that run you did with Queen Sigma.

Nope, I looked at a picture of the complete collection online and I was only missing her weapon and the upgrade. Again, you can look at my achievement timestamps and see I had everything else already. I had gotten the candybox a while before that

OK well you must have encountered some sort of bug then, or broke something free during that run, because her weapons aren't required. It's just coincidence it was a run where you used her.
