Do I need Insurance?
Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
Is Month to Month Leasing Offered?
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.
What documents do I need to reserve a storage unit?
A valid driver's license or Government-issued photo ID is required to rent a unit.
Is There Anything I Can't Store?
Certain items cannot be stored in your storage unit at ANY time. Here is the following list of things:
- Perishables
- Food Items, including canned/sealed goods – even water bottles
- Animals
- Stolen Property
- Hazardous or Flammable Materials
- Drugs
- Explosives/Firearms/Ammunition
- Unregistered Vehicles
- People/Yourself, i.e., seeking shelter from a storage unit
- Anything Illegal
How can I pay my rent each month for my storage unit?
We offer many convenient ways to pay at our locations: automatic payments can be set up, credit card, check, and cash; online, in-person, and phone payments.
What is the difference between access hours and office hours?
Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

This is my 1st time renting storage .I rented a 5x5..the young man helping me was in a huge rush .I thought the price was $ 25 a month, as it said on websight..of course that wasn't the whole price.when I was in office he was talking so fast and asking questions I kept having to ask him what was that I didn't understand what u said. Ended up paying initial over $50 to start then I heard$38 (i think )a month. I bought a lock suppose to be master lock it's Japanese and can be hit with hammer to open. But atleast they had a lock to buy for $10 . We went to see the unit it was good size I was happy with it for now I m paying $37 on 1st of month not $25 I'm not sure why tho I can listen that fast ..the young man leaves and me n my 6 yr old start to put our boxes and her dolls and some pillows in and then I saw the dust dark brownish red had covered her dolls and my.pillows were dirty in it it was half inch thick on walls and floor..so I repacked and told the man I was going home to get cleaning supplies. I asked was it OK to clean it and he said sure whatever u want..sighs..more work and more laundry dolls and pillow washing..it was very dirty I got so dirty cleaning it I was coughing dust..is this normal ..are we suppose to clean it and pay for it..do I have insurance on it is that why the price changed..? I can't go there past 7pm which would be ok but I needed to get important papers 2 days later in my storage shed and i didn't realize I couldn't get them..so now I have to plan any storage shed needs from 7 am to 7pm..which is good because people live in them ? Or try to so the curfew is a good thing .unless your new to arizona with no place to put things with access ..and now I hears my pictures all I have left of my family are going to be ruined in the shed..ugh this is my fault for moving traumatized from fl , not prepared nor did I do homework I just picked closest one to where we stay.for now..no climate control ..I was clueless their were air-conditioned sheds out there.. so live n learn .I'm on my own first time ever. So many 1sts for me..like needing to rent a shed..simple task cut and dry yoy would think...think again..maybe I'm just spoiled and needs to get over that..yeah prob so..3 ☆ because it's close by and convient before 7pm. I won't mention code lock fun trying to get in the gate..fun im.sure this is all my uneducated on shed renting fault..I'm sure it's on me.do I have ins? Probably not why do I need it..I'm done

Found them online. Not many places have offices open on Sundays but these guys were open. Went in there, talked to Michelle about getting a unit. She was informative and helpful. She took me to show the unit, I liked what I saw and signed up. Be sure to check their website as well since they may be running special prices on some units and you can save yourself some money. That's what I did. They will also give you a moving truck for super cheap to help you move in! So far so good.

Let me start by saying I have never used a storage facility before. I had no idea how it worked or what I was getting into. When I sent a random email in August 2016 inquiring about space to store our things in moving from Indiana to Arizona, I got a prompt response, a VERY good rate, and clear directions. I stated my arrival date and set everything up prior to our arrival.During our drive, we realized we would be later than we had planned so I simply emailed Michelle and she responded directly back to let me know our space would still be ready upon our arrival.Since we have been here, we have gone to the unit several times. The facility is secure and I always feel safe when I go there and know that my things are safe as well. We have been staying with relatives and just found out about a house that we may be able to gain possession of on Friday.I simply called to ask if we could pay for the extra days and Michelle was very friendly and helpful in reassuring me and walking me through the check-out process. I appreciate this company, this location, and Michelle for all her help in calming my nerves about storing my things.

Bargain Storage at 91st Ave. & Grand has great pricing. I checked out 3 competitors near by and their prices were higher. The three units I rented were clean and conveniently located near each other. Michele is polite, professional and friendly. My experience has been very positive.

So far so great. Setting up the storage unit was easy. Except it took a while for them to get the code correct to let me out of the storage unit but it was all pretty funny. Their prices are amazing and the cleanliness is unbelievable.

I have been a customer since before the new ownership. Iam proud to say the customer service has been excellent and the compound with all the upgrades and renovations is a plus! Easier access and convenience. Michelle, is a splendor to communicate with and very helpful with all the questions i needed answered. I give 5 stars and i will continue to use theyre service for storing my boat. The upgrade in security leave me secure in leaving my belongings in a safe enviroment. Thank you!

I have multiple storage units here and have not had any problems. Management is prompt and friendly. All units are secured behind a gate and there are cameras. Units are clean and easy to access. Love this place!
