Job Description:

- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing information to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery times.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and finance teams, to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate terms and pricing to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
