Mango Salad Dressing – Quick, Easy, simple, Lip-smacking, Fresh and fruity vegan salad dressing recipe which contains only a handful of ingredients.
Mangoes are everywhere and I don’t want to miss the opportunity to share my favorite mango recipes.
This super easy and exotic sweet and spicy mango salad dressing is my recent favorites. We have used it in a lot of different types of salads and also used as a dip with different vegetables.
Mango Salad Dressing is perfect for summer. It tastes a little tropical and livens up any salad.
The ingredients for this sweet and spicy mango salad dressings include fresh mango, green onion, cumin seeds, garlic, habanero, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar.
A little bit of lemon juice and Red wine vinegar adds lots of vibrant tangy flavors. It pairs very well with the sweet and spicy ingredients.
I have used half Habanero pepper which gives a perfect spicy punch to this vegan salad dressing. But if you can’t find habanero, a Serrano or jalapeno will substitute nicely.
If you are not a big fan of cilantro, you may substitute it with basil. It works just as well.
The bonus point about this recipe is you don’t need any artificial sweetener. For me, that’s a major win.
How to make Mango Salad Dressing?
This sweet and spicy salad dressing takes 5 minutes to throw together. All you need to do make this vegan dressing is cut up the mango, add it to your food processor or blender with all the other ingredients, blend it and drizzle slowly olive oil in while blending and you’ve got a nice emulsion.
Add it all to the mason jar or an airtight container, keep it in the fridge. This salad dressing keeps well for a week in the fridge.
Which Mango Works well in Salad Dressing?
I have used Manila(Atulfo) Mangoes for this dressing. But red ripe mango works well too. In fact, any ripe and sweet mango will work fine.
How to enjoy this Mango sauce/dressing?

This combination is magic!! Subbed jalapeno cuz that’s what I have. Would be great on a bowl with black beans and rice, avocado, tomatoes and lettuce. A taco bowl I guess!! Tempted to add the other half of the jalapeno…. YUMMY!!Reply
