This must be one of Cox most embarrassing moments: Digital cable customers in the Phoenix market do not have sound on any channel except VOD due to a VOD issue today. Engineers are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it according to the recording when one calls tech support. The most delicious thought -- how is Cox going to compensate their highest paying customers for this embarrassment. :{)

It sometimes occurs if you exit OD by simply changing channels instead of using the Exit to TV option on the main OD screen. You can fix this yourself by going back into OD and exiting using the Exit to TV selection or rebooting the box by unplugging it.
